1. About Sofra

Sofra ("Sofra", "we", "us" or "our") is a brand name owned and operated by TI ENDY TECHNOLOGY FOR WEB DESIGN (the "Company"). These Terms & Conditions apply to the website sofrauae.com and to all Sofra products and services, including the QR menu, POS, dashboard, invoices and analytics (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sofra provides software that helps businesses create digital menus, take and record orders, generate invoices and view sales information. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account, including by your staff.
• You are responsible for the products, prices, tax settings, trade licence details and TRN you enter, and for meeting your own VAT and legal obligations.

4. Payments through Ziina

Ziina is an independent third-party payment provider. Each business connects its own Ziina account, and Ziina's own terms apply to those payments. Sofra does not hold, receive or process your customers' payments and is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, fees or payouts handled by Ziina.

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Plans are billed in advance through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews and is charged automatically at the start of each billing period using your saved payment method.
• Automatic charges continue unless you cancel before the renewal date from the Profile section of your Sofra dashboard or from the Stripe subscription page.
• Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• We may change plan prices with notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.

6. No refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partly used billing periods, unused features, downgrades and cancellations made during a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

7. Data, analytics and plan expiry

• We do not guarantee the storage, availability or retention of analytics, orders, invoices, products or any other data after your plan expires, is cancelled or is not renewed. This data may be deleted without further notice.
• Each customer should download their analytics and records regularly from the Profile section of the dashboard.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copies of records, including any records you need for VAT or accounting.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, to sell prohibited goods, to upload content you don't have the right to use, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

9. Availability

We work to keep Sofra available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including during events or in areas with poor internet connection.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put the Service or other users at risk.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
